Ginkgo App Features and Detailed Operating Procedures

Dear Ginkgo Battery service providers and valued users, some of you have remarked that our features are incredibly powerful, while others aren’t sure how to make the most of them. Today, we’ll provide a clear, comprehensive overview of all the functions available in the Ginkgo Battery app. At present, Ginkgo Battery offers users 11 core features. Let’s dive into a detailed explanation of each feature, along with step-by-step usage tutorials.
1. Battery Passport: The first in China to introduce cell‑level QR code traceability, enabling users to view cell quality and specifications.
2. Bluetooth Locking: Use your phone’s Bluetooth to lock the electric bike’s battery; the power cuts off when you walk away.
3. GPS Anti-Theft: View Battery Location
4 Parallel Expansion: Use two or more batteries in parallel.
5 Remaining Mileage Prediction: It can estimate approximately how many more kilometers you can drive.
6 Driving Mode: Allows you to view various vehicle performance metrics while driving.
7 Theoretical Range Calculation: Based on the electric vehicle’s specifications and battery parameters, calculate the vehicle’s approximate range.
8 Warranty Period Calculation: Specific Methods for Calculating the Three Types of Warranty Periods for Ginkgo Batteries
9. Battery Pack Self-Check: Conduct a safety self-check of the battery before installation and during use to identify any issues that require return to the factory.
10 Battery Long‑Term Storage (Prevents Battery Drain): This mode extends the battery pack’s standby time. When activated, the battery pack enters a deep sleep state, and Bluetooth is also disabled; it can only be reactivated once connected to a charger. We recommend using this feature only when the battery pack will not be used for an extended period.
11 Backup Power: When enabled, the device will automatically cut off power when the battery level drops to 10%; protection will be automatically lifted when the battery level reaches 15%.
